Yoga for Nervous System TLC

In these three pre-recorded classes we move through an active asana practice & breathwork that work to activate our Parasympathetic nervous system. When we can shift to the Parasympathetic Nervous system we are able to truly rest, replenish, digest, process and recover from stress. Each class ends with a Yoga Nidra – a powerful practice that helps us replenish our energy and retrain our nervous system to rest more often.

Appropriate for all levels. Each class is around 75 minutes.
