This Spring there are Two choices for weekly yoga classes with me: Thursdays 9-10:15AM & Wednesdays 6:15-7:30PM
April 2 – May 29 (9 weeks) $144 for full session/ $20 drop in as space allows
** Sliding scale for Streamed/Recorded Session. $50-$100 Suggested.
This Spring we’ll be leaning into a pillar of our yoga work – using our practice to “line up with nature”. Our practice can help us reconnect and remember that actually we ARE an essential part of nature. This reconnection leads to increased tranquility, resilience, and wholistic health. We will be moving through asana (poses), breathwork, meditation, mindset and lifestyle recommendations that all help us feel grounded, centered and connected. We’ll also be focusing on twists as is appropriate in the Spring to help us detox – side benefit they are great for back health! As always you can expect detailed alignment instruction and plenty of options so you can get the practice you need that day. All levels welcome!

If you miss a class you can make it up by:
Practicing with the recording
Coming to an additional live or live streamed class this season

I have enjoyed Olynda's classes at my office for a year and a half. She uses a soothing voice, and storytelling approach to explain the yoga philosophy and positions in a very understandable way. Her ability to relate yoga teachings to the management of everyday situations is also useful. I will miss having Olynda’s classes--they effectively melted away the stresses of each week.
