This Winter there are Two choices for weekly yoga classes with me: Thursdays 9-10:15AM & Wednesdays 6-7:15PM
January 8 – March 12 (10 weeks)
$160 for full session/
$20 drop in as space allows
** Sliding scale for Streamed/Recorded Session. $50-$100 Suggested.
This Winter we’ll be practicing in a way to help us lower stress levels and increase resilience. We will be moving through asana, breathwork, meditation, mindset and lifestyle recommendations that all support this inner tranquility and resilience. We’ll also be geeking out on some of the modern research. (The modern world is catching up to the yogis… and the data is pretty cool to see.)
You can drop into these classes as space allows, but here are the benefits to session classes:
- You’ll have a guaranteed spot.
- You’ll be more likely to come regularly to these progressively taught classes.
- Community!
- You will have access to recordings of classes to practice with at home.
If you miss a class you can make it up by:
- Practicing with the recording
- Coming to another live or live streamed class
- Bringing a friend to you to class for free for each missed class.
Thursday Morning Class Details:
9-10:15AM The Trees: 1701 Pleasant Green Dr., Durham
This class will be live streamed and recorded (students will not be on camera). If you need to practice at a different time, or can’t get here, consider joining us virtually.
Wednesday Evening Class Details:
6:30 -7:45 PM Durham Friends Meeting House: 404 Alexander Ave., Durham
