November topic: Soul Fever
There is a little time for everything during these morning workshops. Self-care, community, inspiration and most importantly time for you! The first part of the morning will include breath work, all levels yoga movement and mindfulness.. all to help you release stress and refill your energy!
Our second portion of the morning will be devoted to you receiving support for the incredible work that you do! I’ll be bringing in perspectives, techniques and practices from Simplicity Parenting and Montessori methods for you to try on. Each Sunday will be a different topic.
In November we’ll unpack the idea of “soul Fever” in Simplicity Parenting and how it can help us understand our children’s more challenging behaviors… and better yet what we can do to help them find center again!

Thanks to Olynda, I finally feel like I know how to hold my body correctly. I've had neck, back, hip, and knee issues in the past. I've always felt like my joints are a bit loosey-goosey. (My physical therapist says I'm technically hyper-mobile, but I prefer loosey-goosey.)Even after months of physical therapy, I never felt confident in my knee alignment or posture. After taking several of Olynda's classes, I finally have a firm foundation. Thanks to her expert (and oh-so-gracious) guidance, I know how to hold my body correctly, and, as a result, I feel confident while going about my day tasks and while exercising.
