January 11 – Vision – 9am-12:30pm
Feb 28 – Self Compassion & Love – 9am-4pm
May 16 – With Guest Ivy Ingram! – 9am-4pm
You can expect:
Time to arrive and settle into this beautiful venue with a cup of tea and light snacks.
A short opening circle to help us come together as a group, focus our intentions and to create safe and sacred space for our day.
A short introductory talk exploring the theme and to help us frame the work for the day.
A 90 – 120 minute all levels yoga class organized around the topic of the retreat.
For full day retreats:
Plenty of time to luxuriously savor our potluck lunch and walk the grounds, rest, journal, pick a goddess card, visit and do whatever you need.
An afternoon session inspired by our theme- often with a guest teacher.
Self-care techniques you can take home and put immediately to use!
Total support to do what feels right and supportive to you – it’s your day!
Olynda is a great instructor!!!! She has a calm, confident and encouraging manner that helped me learn the moves and positions (and I am real beginner and do not have very good balance!) Others in our class were more advanced and she was able to talk to each of us at or own levels. More importantly she helped me understand and embrace yoga philosophy of how the mind-body-spirit are connected — and that is what helped me extend my yoga practice to other parts of my day and life.
