If you are looking for a way to calm the “monkey” mind and to find the clear waters within – come practice with us! You don’t have to be flexible or strong or coordinated… you just have to be ready to practice and feel better when you leave.
We’ll be focusing on Mindfulness in movement this Summer. Each class will include work with the breath and poses to open and strengthen the whole body. We’ll continue our core strengthening and also try out and work on some “playful” arm balances. There will always be lots of options so each student can get what they need from the practice that day.
There will be an option to live Stream the Thursday early morning class. You can be in your PJs at home! Or receive the recordings later. ** Virtual only classes are on a self- sliding scale.
